Compatibility and dispensing tests: our expertise
The density of your product, its viscosity, its base, the presence of solvent… are all key criteria in determining the compatibility of your formulation with Dityspray. To do this, we package test pouches and place them in an oven to test Ditybag’s resistance over time.
Once validated, we also define the right valve/nozzle pairing to dispense your product as effectively and as closely as you expect!

Creating your product range in the Dityspray system
Once your product has been validated in the system, we define a product sheet. It sets out the specifications for your formulation in our packaging.
In this way, you can package your Ditybag yourself, or entrust us with the task.

We pack for you
With our Bag Filling Solution, you send us your bulk product and labels, and we take care of filling your Ditybag.
You pack it yourself
We manufacture the empty Ditybags for you, so that you can fill them on site.
To support you, we can also rent you the filling machine and crimping machine needed to pack the pouches.
